Lyndsey Allen

With over 20 years of experience working across public, private and 3rd sector organisations, I’m now working across 3 roles. In my clinical specialty hearing loss, I work for Auditory Verbal UK as a mentor, and I continue to support families and present internationally through my independent
practice Think Talk and Learn.
After two years working for at a not-for-profit member association – Medilink, I joined the ASLTIP board as Director of Learning and Development in 2021. I brought with me experience supporting
small businesses in the life science industry to write business plans, make useful connections and get grant funding and working with organisations to improve marketing and communications.
As a director on the board, I know that ASLTIP’s members are its strength and I love working as part of the organisation.
