I’m a Speech and Language Therapist who helps children and young people to participate in school and communicate with their family and friends. I have over 19 years experience working in the NHS with children and families. I’ve worked in East London, in Kent and in Bromley, in specialist settings and mainstream schools (NHS and Buy-in services). I have worked with children with language disorder, speech sound disorder, autism and children with complex needs who require help with communication and swallowing. I studied at the University of Manchester and then trained as a therapist at City University, London (2004-2006). I also love using and teaching Makaton! Makaton is amazing- it can really break down communication barriers.
