I am an experienced Speech and Language Therapist who specialises in supporting children with hearing loss and any co-occuring communication difficulties. Previously I worked as a Highly Specialist SLT in schools with resource provisions for deaf children and in a regional Cochlear Implant Centre.

I offer parent-coaching therapy according to Auditory-Verbal principles to families who want their pre-school child with hearing loss to learn to listen and talk. I volunteer for the charity, Auditory Verbal UK, where I am mentored towards certification as a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist certified Auditory Verbal Therapist (LSLCert AVT).

I can offer coaching therapy online or from a space in Roundhay, Leeds.

I also support families with late talkers and children with language disorders and/ or speech clarity difficulties.

I am experienced in writing expert witness reports for education tribunals and administering autism diagnostic assessments with colleagues.
