Sophie is an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, who has worked with adult clients with a range of complex communication and swallowing disorders throughout her career. This includes clients with acquired brain injuries, those with progressive neurological disorders and those with voice and swallowing changes following admissions to hospital intensive care.

She has experience of assessing for and recommending alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) methods and working with patients with long-term tracheostomies.

Sophie is a competent nasendoscopist and has experience of videofluroscopy.
