Siwan Etheridge is a Neurodevelopmental Specialist and Speech and Language Therapist with 16+ years’ experience across health and education. She is the founder of The Way I Learn, which is based in Swansea. Siwan supports children and families with speech, language, and neurodevelopmental needs.

She is also a specialist teacher for ALN, a qualified dyslexia assessor, researcher, and lecturer. Her work focuses on helping children and the adults around them understand how they learn best, building confidence, and connection.
