Meet Sinead

With a 1st Class Honours Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and extensive NHS and independent practice experience, Sinead brings real clinical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to her work.

Sinead’s NHS career spanned Band 5 and Band 6 roles in Manchester before she was appointed as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in London, where she established a new autism provision and led service development.

She now runs Connect and Communicate full time, supporting children and young people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), including work in two established independent London schools since 2023 and 2024.

In 2025, Sinead became ASLTIP co-lead for her local network. In 2026, she received the ASLTIP Leadership Award, nominated by professional peers and the families she supports.

From July 2026, Sinead is based in St Albans, extending her services to Hertfordshire.
