I have worked as a Speech and Language Therapist for over 20 years, specialising in stroke, brain injury and progressive neurological conditions. I work with people who have experienced changes to their communication or eating and drinking. I have worked in hospital settings, rehabilitation and in the community, in people’s homes, as well as online. I work with the client and their family to provide assessment, support, treatment and advice, focusing on enhancing quality of life.
Alongside my clinical work, I am a lecturer at a university in London teaching, and supporting the clinical development of students SLTs. I also provide clinical specialist advice and supervision. I have advanced training in supervision, personal construct psychology and coaching and work with SLTs to provide both one off and ongoing supervision.
I am always happy to have an informal conversation if you feel you would like to discuss working together.
