I have 20 years’ experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist for adult clients. I have experience as a Lead Clinician within the Speech Therapy Department at a large private hospital group where I was responsible for ensuring that evidence-based and best-practice principles are applied to the treatment of all clients. I have a special interest in swallowing and swallowing disorders, including instrumental swallowing evaluation with videofluoroscopy and FEES. I have specialist skills in the following areas:

• Acquired Voice and Swallowing Impairments in Adults;

• Cognitive Communication Disorder, Aphasia and Motor Speech Disorders;

• Persistent Disorders of Consciousness;

• Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (Level 3 Practitioner);

• Videofluoroscopy (Level 4 practitioner); and

• Tracheostomy management and weaning for ventilated and non-ventilated patients.

I am determined to offer high quality, innovative, goal-driven and cost effective care to my clients.
