I am a passionate paediatric SaLT. I have ten years experience working with ages 2 to 16.

I am a neuro-affirming practitioner and skilled in trauma- informed approaches.

I work in primary schools, resources, clinic and an SEMH high school; with a range of disorders and conditions such as DLD, autism, learning difficulties, SEMH and speech sound difficulties. I believe in working with the child, not the disorder.

I also work on two highly specialist teams, stammer team and selective mutism team. I have completed specialist training and am a member of CEN groups for both.

Prior to retraining, I worked around the world with many different cultures. I believe this was an excellent starting point for my career. I love working with children, but just as important is working with families. Working well together ensures the best possible outcomes for the child.
