I’m Sophie – a stammering specialist with over 14 years’ experience. I’m passionate about supporting adult clients who stammer to find their voice and ensure their stammer does not define who they are as a person.

Using my wealth of experience, I guide clients along a therapeutic journey, following a social model approach. This process aims to support clients in areas such as:
•. understanding more about stammering in general
• becoming more accepting of a stammer and consider the potential benefits of openness
• exploring challenging speaking situations and setting related goals.

I offer individual assessments and therapy sessions delivered via teletherapy to adults in the UK. **Due to my current NHS role, I am not able to offer support to any clients who lives in Leeds – please contact your local NHS service for advice and support.
