I have 20 years experience serving the clinical field of neurological rehabilitation.

My specialist interest is treating communication and swallow difficulties arising from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, degenerative conditions, and complex disorders. I have held several specialist posts in NHS hospitals and currently work the Consultant, for a private Rehabilitation Hospital. I focus on applying evidence based practices and technology to support swallow/communication needs. Including electrical stimulation, therapy software and AAC devices. I am a member of brain injury and dysphagia research groups.
I am fluent in Urdu/Punjabi and trained to deliver bilingual therapy. I am qualified to work as an expert witness with awareness of Civil Procedure Rules.
