I offer a flexible and supportive service to children and adults who have had speech, language and/or communication difficulties from an early age. These may be in the areas of understanding and using spoken/written language, social interaction and unclear speech. I liaise closely with families/carers, education and health colleagues and employers to ensure therapy aims are relevant and achievable. I can provide assessment, direct therapy, reports, advice and programmes tailored specifically to each person’s individual needs and priorities.

I have a special interest in working with adults with DLD. I help adults understand their language difficulties more fully and learn strategies to compensate for them. I also provide mentoring and advoacy support for adults with DLD to help them get the support they need at work, college/university and other services.

I can currently provide assessment and therapy face-to-face or online, depending on circumstances.
