Fiona qualified in 1988. Her private practice Therapeutically Speaking UK specialises in seeing  adolescent and adult clients presenting with voice disorders, chronic cough and/or laryngeal sensitivity. She has extensive experience of working with clients who have had an acquired brain injury, such as, stroke, brain tumour or head injury and clients who are managing their lives with acquired neurological problems, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s (Lee Silverman Voice Technique) or Huntington’s disease. Fiona also supports clients with dementia, including primary progressive aphasia.

She conducts client sessions in her consulting room, or provides assessment and ongoing therapy sessions remotely. Fiona has direct access to a recording studio, to support professional voice users. She does not currently offer home visits. She is a registered provider with the leading UK insurance companies.
