My name is Becky and I’m a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and an Attention Autism Advanced Practitioner.

I qualified in 2004 and have experience working within the NHS and in Independent schools with children with a range of communication difficulties. I am passionate about working with children with autism and believe in making therapy functional, meaningful, flexible and fun. I work holistically with parents and other professionals to enable children to reach their full potential. I am trained in a range of approaches including: Attention Autism, Talking Mats, SCERTS, TEACCH, Hanen, Elklan, Makaton, PCI, Derbyshire Language Scheme. I enjoy delivering training to education staff, parents and other professionals. I provide assessment and intervention at home or in nurseries and schools. I am trained in the ADOS-2 and work together with Clinical Psychologist to provide diagnostic assessments of autism spectrum disorders. I look forward to working with you!
