I work as an independent Speech and Language Therapist, contracted by parents, local authorities, and schools. I also provide training.
My case-load includes children and young people with specific speech and language difficulties and those with special needs, illness, previously and currently Looked After Children and after accidents. I have links with Universities e.g. for specialist assessments, and negotiate with the NHS and Local Authorities on contentious cases.
I love my work and feel privileged to address speech, language and communication difficulties with families. It is heartening to hear from former patients about the difference that therapy made.
