I have worked with people, with acquired communication and swallowing changes, and their families for over 25 years. I work jointly with the individual, their family, carers, multi-disciplinary teams , volunteers etc. I have specialised in supporting individuals with acquired neurological changes, such as stroke, head injury , dementia, progressive conditions, tumours. I visit people at home, in a care or nursing home, social and work settings. I am very happy to have a chat initially to talk about the service I can offer.
