I am a Highly Specialist Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist with over 17 years experience assessing and treating the full range of communication difficulties.

I am also a Makaton Tutor, qualified to deliver Makaton training to parents/carers/professionals/education settings.

I continue to work part time for the NHS and offer independent assessment and therapy alongside my NHS role.

Specialist areas include feeding difficulties (dysphagia), Autism, developmental delay, Down Syndrome, early intervention and speech sounds.

I have extensive experience in use of interventions such as PECS, Makaton signing, Attention Autism, use of both high tech and low tech communication aids, as well as providing training in all areas of communication development to parents/carers/professionals.

I offer flexible appointments with availability both during the week, evenings and weekends to allow children to attend after school and to support working parents in accessing therapy.
