An experienced Speech and Language Therapist (qualified 1996), I work primarily with children and in addition I can treat adult stammerers or those with voice problems.

I treat children with speech delay/disorder, language delay/disorder, apraxia, issues relating to neuro-diversity (ASD, ADHD etc), learning difficulties, Down’s Syndrome, selective mutism, stammering or voice problems. Clients can be seen in their own homes or school/nursery. Home visits can be particularly reassuring for young children whilst working in schools/nurseries is helpful to enable close collaboration with education staff, promoting shared learning goals. I provide a friendly, caring, flexible and reassuring service. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs. I am happy to work in conjunction with NHS Speech and Language Therapists and support EHCPs and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals such as Occupational Therapists. I undertake regular continuous professional development and stay abreast of latest research and professional standards. Website http://www.speakfreely-slt.com
