I qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from University College London in 2009.

I have 17 years experience working within the NHS and private sector with preschool and primary age children with a variety of speech, language and communication needs including: Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), complex needs, speech sound difficulties, developmental childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), stammering and children with higher level language and pragmatic difficulties. I have extensive post graduate training in: Parent Child Interaction (PCI), Attention Autism, Colourful Semantics, Lidcombe, Zones of Regulation, Lego Therapy, ADOS-2 Assessment, Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) for childhood apraxia of speech and Natural Language Acquisition Gestalt Language Processing.

I am passionate about early intervention and ensuring children and their carers have access to support and empowering parents / carers to have an active role in their child’s speech, language and communication development.
