I have worked as a Paediatric SLT for 16 years.

There is a national workforce shortage of speech and language therapists; around one in four posts in both NHS and the independent sector are vacant. And so, I have created a podcast “Just 3 Things” to reach the thousands of parents who are waiting for Speech Therapy for their children.

I am on a mission to help parents use this time productively and guide them on a journey where they transform from feeling worried, frustrated and overwhelmed to feeling supported, positive and empowered. Most importantly I want to give parents actionable ideas about how to support their children.
