I work with adults and older people in the field of acquired neurological disorders and have over 40 years of experience, the first half of which was in the NHS, and the second half of which has been in independent practice. Most of this experience is with stroke and traumatic brain injury, especially with aphasia. I am also happy to see people with motor speech disorders, progressive disorders and cognitive decline. I have a particular interest in acquired reading and writing disorders and am a great believer in long term care of dysphasic people through therapy and group support.
