I work with children in nurseries, schools or the child’s own home. I treat children with delayed speech and language skills, and have extensive experience of working in mainstream/special schools and units. I am experienced at working with children on the Autistic spectrum, with learning difficulties and with neurological conditions. I have a particular interest in working with children with eating/drinking/ oral motor difficulties (including dribbling). I enjoy planning programmes of therapy to suit each child. I have training in Talk Tools, counselling, Makaton and PECS. I have worked for the NHS since 1986, and independently since 2002.
