I qualified as a speech & language therapist over 30 years ago and have worked in nurseries, primary ,secondary, mainstream and special schools.

I worked as a specialist in a language resourced primary school and can provide assessment and therapy for:

Children who are later talking and Developmental Language Disorder,

Speech Sound Delay/disorder,

Stammering in young children-Lidcombe , Michael Palin Centre trained,

Communication difficulties associated with-

Children with Autism who are using spoken language,

Asperger syndrome,

Literacy problems,

Developmental Delay and Selective Mutism.

Trained in the use of:

Sign-a-Long™ ,

Hanen approach, PACT 1 and the Social Communication Intervention Programme (S.C.I.P) .

Can offer accredited Elklan™ training for staff working with:

Under 5s,

Primary,

Secondary pupils and pupils with ASD
