Alison has over 19 years experience working clinically as a Speech and Language Therapist and as a Team Leader. With experience in both the NHS and independent sector Alison specialises in working with Children with Selective Mutism. She also works with Early Years and primary aged children with a range of language, speech and social communication difficulties, including Autism and Stammering.

Alison loves to see others grow in their professional knowledge and skills and also offers clinical supervision and training to other Speech Therapists, nurseries and school staff looking to develop their skills.
