I am a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 22 years of experience.
I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology) in 1999 and a Master of Arts in Speech degree, with a concentration in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology) in 2001 in America, where I gained early knowledge across multiple groups.
I moved to the UK in 2008 and began working for the NHS in NW London. During that time I helped a school win the 2011 Communication Friendly Secondary School/College Shine A Light Award from The Communication Trust. I managed an Autism Provision in a mainstream secondary school for six years. My last post in the NHS was in North London (Clinical Lead SLT for Specialist Pathways).
My clinical specialism is neurodevelopmental differences, especially higher-level language, social communication and cognition. I have presented at professional conferences nationally and internationally.
