Jessica is an Australian trained Speech & Language Therapist. She moved to United Kingdom in 2012 and has worked in various settings (NHS trusts/educational settings/private practice/adult services).

Jessica has vast experience in the diagnosis and intervention of children, young people and adults with DS, ASC, ADHD, PMLD and DLD.  

She has additional training in AAC (Makaton, Switching skills, Elkan Trainer), ASC approaches (Advanced Practitioner Attention Autism, SCERTS, ADOS-2 assessment), Early communication skills (Hanen Trained Practitioner), Language Skills (Shape Coding, Colourful Semantics), PMLD (Massage Story, Intensive Interaction, Bobath, Aquaepps), Dysphagia (Cervical Auscultation), Mental Health (Mental Health First Aider, Emotional Coaching), Workplace Needs Assessor and Clinical Supervision.

She completed her MBA at WBS. Her dissertation ‘Neurodiversity within the workplace’ was an exploratory study on strengths and challenges of neurodivergent individuals within large corporates. 

She manages a Neurodiversity Service who support employees and organisations to create neuro-inclusive culture and provide assessment services so neurodivergent employees can flourish.
