I’m Micaela Jackson, an experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) and the founder of Unity SLT.

My passion lies in working collaboratively with children and young people with communication needs and their support networks. I’m committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming care that respects everyone’s unique communication style.

I offer individualised assessment and interventions for a range of communication needs in children, young people, and young adults. My specialisms include working with Autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties, Learning Disability and Developmental Language Disorder..

My background includes working as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist within the NHS, where I led the SLT provision for child and adult forensic services. I started Unity SLT with the goal to provide flexible, holistic and accessible communication support, ensuring therapy is tailored to each child’s needs.
