Hi, I’m Matt, a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist based in Bristol.

I’ve worked in the NHS for the past nine years, supporting children and young people with a wide range of communication needs. Over that time I’ve worked with hundreds of children, from early years right up to 18-year-olds, across mainstream schools, specialist settings and community clinics.

I’ve been lucky to work with almost every client group you can think of: speech sound difficulties, language delays and disorders, autism and social communication needs, complex needs, and everything in between. What this experience has given me, is a real instinct for putting children at ease quickly.

Alongside being a therapist, I’m also a dad to two young children. That perspective shapes how I work: I understand what it’s like to want the very best for your child!
