I support children with a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound difficulties, autism (with a special interest in non-speaking or minimally speaking children), and those growing up in multilingual environments.
I hold a Master’s in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Essex, as well as a Master’s in Language and Communication Impairment in Children from the University of Sheffield. Alongside my independent work, I deliver NHS services as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting children in clinics, homes, and schools.
Before becoming a speech and language therapist, I taught Portuguese, French, and English as a foreign language. I’m also a mum of two boys, who inspire me every day and motivated me to enter this profession.
My approach is to build strong, supportive relationships with families and to tailor therapy to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
