I am a specialist therapist working within schools and client’s homes and my clinical areas of interest are supporting neurodivergent young people and young people with learning disabilities (ages 2.5-25). I administer holistic and thorough assessments and write detailed reports which can be used for EHCP applications.

I am passionate about AAC and aim to ensure that each young person I support has a communication system that meets their individual needs. I take a person-centred, neurodiversity affirming approach to therapy which focuses on developing self-advocacy and supporting young people to express their choices, views, boundaries and emotions. I support young people to understand their communication profile and ensure goals are meaningful and functional. I support the family and team around the young person with strategies around adapting their communication and the environment to facilitate communicative success.
