Speech and Language Therapist in Letchworth Garden City
My clinical specialisms include supporting neurodivergent young people and those with learning disabilities and complex communication profiles. I also support children with speech sound difficulties and developmental language disorder.
I provide holistic assessments and detailed reports, including those supporting Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) applications. I am passionate about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and ensuring every young person has access to a communication system that meets their individual needs.
My person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming approach focuses on developing self-advocacy and supporting young people to express their choices, views, boundaries and emotions. I prioritise meaningful, functional goals and work collaboratively with families and wider teams to adapt communication and environments, facilitating communicative success.
I also offer clinical supervision to support reflective practice and professional development.
