Hello, I have extensive experience in the field of acquired brain injury, treating clients with a wide range of complex communication and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) resulting from neurological injury such as traumatic brain injury, complex stroke, brain tumour, encephalitis, and disorders of consciousness. I work in a regional specialist brain injury rehab unit and most of my career has been in the post-acute setting with clients aged 16 and over, as well as independent practice. My clients benefit from individualized goal-focused intervention incorporating both the client and their support network.
