I have worked as a Speech and Language Therapist for 23 years, with a wide and varied experience working in nurseries, schools and health centres.

My company Gateway2Talk is based in London. I have a free helpline for concerned parents, carers and school staff to discuss a child or young person.

I offer Video interaction and evaluation sessions for families based on two evidence based approaches:

In terms of transferrable skills, before becoming an SLT, I worked in a variety of different roles including Supported Housing Team Leader for vulnerable homeless adults and young people and also a pre and post HIV Test Counsellor.

During the Covid lockdowns I coordinated and volunteered at my local food bank in Hackney and also volunteered at our local Warm Welcome service, serving warm food and offering company to vulnerable families.
