I’m Jill Redgrave, a Speech and Language Therapist with 35 years of experience across NHS and private sector services. I hold a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Language Pathology from the University of Reading and am a certified member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council.
I have extensive experience supporting children and young people in clinics, early years settings, and mainstream schools, including those with SEND and autism. My work includes providing assessments and therapy, and contributing to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs) and EHCP Annual Reviews, including for pupils in EOTAS provision and Children in Care.
An Elklan tutor and autism assessor trained in ADOS-2 and ADI-R, I provide evidence-based training and assessment. I am passionate about helping individuals develop communication, speech, language, literacy, and social skills to build confidence, independence, and lifelong potential.
