Jami Luong

Jami has been an SLT for six years, specialising in stroke and TBI, providing comprehensive assessment and person-centred therapy for communication and swallowing impairments. Her experience across the NHS stroke pathway—including acute, rehab, and community settings—has deepened her understanding of the practicalities of NHS therapy provision. She values collaborative working with NHS clinicians to bridge gaps in care and reduce waitlists.

Jami also works with primary-aged children who have speech sound disorders and language difficulties. She enjoys using dynamic assessment and therapy approaches to engage children and works closely with parents and schools to support therapy goals.

As Clinical Lead for Hertfordshire at Generation Therapies since 2024, Jami is dedicated to holistic care for both adults and children, building positive therapeutic relationships to improve client outcomes. She covers West, North, and East Hertfordshire, with the ability to extend services to North London. Both face-to-face and virtual therapy appointments are available
