I am a Speech and Language Therapist with more than five years’ experience working in mainstream schools, early years clinics, and special schools. I support children with a range of communication needs, including early language delays, speech sound difficulties, social communication challenges, and complex needs.
In early years settings, I focus on promoting language development and work closely with families to provide early intervention. I assess and support both pre-verbal and verbal children to improve their communication skills.
I have experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to help children who are non-verbal or have limited speech communicate more effectively. I also assess and manage dysphagia, working with teams to create safe swallowing and feeding plans.
I collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to deliver personalised therapy that helps children reach their communication goals and thrive in their learning and social environments.
