Helen is a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist with over 15 years of experience in working with people with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties. Having previously worked within a range of NHS settings, she is now working with Speech Therapy Glasgow, the sister practice to Simpson Physiotherapy.
Helen is able to provide assessment and therapy both in person (home visits) and via video calls.
Helen is passionate about supporting individuals and their families who are experiencing the consequences of stroke, brain injury, and progressive neurological conditions. She is the co-host of The Brainy Speech Therapist Podcast, is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Helen is a Certified LSVT Loud Provider and Certified SPEAK OUT! Provider.
