I have over 13 years’ of experience as a speech and language therapist supporting adults with a wide range of conditions, including Parkinson’s, MND, stroke, dementia, COPD and frailty,. My area of expertise lies in progressive neurological conditions. My practice is rooted in compassion and curiosity — I love getting to know each person beyond their diagnosis, understanding what truly matters to them in daily life.

I take a holistic, person-centred approach, focusing on swallowing and communication while working closely with families and wider teams. I am LSVT certified, offering targeted therapy for people with Parkinson’s. I also provide specialist dysphagia training to care homes and care agencies.

I’m particularly passionate about helping clients with progressive conditions plan ahead, so they feel informed, supported and empowered for the future.

My aim is to make therapy meaningful, practical and truly tailored to each individual’s journey.
