I have over 20 years’ experience as an SLT supporting adults with communication difficulties, including people with acquired brain injuries, stroke, dementia and neurodivergent individuals, including autistic adults. I work collaboratively with each person and those closest to them to develop meaningful, practical ways of communicating together.

My approach is holistic, recognising how communication affects relationships, self-identity, and everyday life. I aim to create a compassionate, safe, and supportive therapeutic space where, through shared curiosity, new ways of communicating can be explored.

I am also a UKCP accredited counsellor & psychotherapist https://personalconstructuk.org/eleaneor-woodward-2/
