Consultant Speech and Language Therapist Dr. Shereen Matar qualified in 2015 with an MSc in Speech and Language Sciences from University College London and a PhD in Rehabilitation Medicine from King’s College London. Dr. Matar has extensive experience in providing person-centered treatment and supporting adults with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties resulting from neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and dementia. She is dedicated to supporting her clients by improving their overall well-being and quality of life.
Dr. Matar is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice, and the British Aphasiology Society
