Hello, I’m Clare, a Speech and Language Therapist since 2007.

I’ve worked in the NHS and HSE across autism and disability services, CAMHS, and community care. Each experience has shaped my practice and deepened my understanding of every child’s unique communication journey.

I founded Orchard Speech and Language Therapy to create a space where therapy feels joyful, supportive, and fully tailored to each child and family. I work with a wide range of communication challenges and specialise in complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and children who use alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).

My approach is neuroaffirmative, child-led, and family-centred. I celebrate each child’s strengths and aim to make therapy playful, creative, and meaningful. By working closely with parents, carers, and teachers, I ensure strategies fit naturally into daily life, building real, lasting communication skills.

It’s a privilege to help children find their voice, grow in confidence, and connect with the world.
