Hello, I am a Speech and Language Therapist based in York. I have over 30 years experience, during which time I have worked in the NHS, schools and Independent Practice. My specialism is working with children aged 4-11 years who are in mainstream school and have difficulty pronouncing words, understanding spoken language or using spoken language to communicate.

Speech and Language Therapy really does work when approaches are used consistently. Working together is key and I enjoy helping parents to support the development of their child’s speech and language skills. I offer individually tailored assessment, advice and intervention in a child’s home or school/nursery.

I am accepting referrals for children aged 4-11 years who have speech or language difficulties and live in York and the surrounding area.
