I have over 25 years’ experience as a paediatric SLT; working with children who have speech, language and social communication difficulties in a variety of settings; nurseries, schools, clinics and in children’s homes. I like to forge strong working relationships with colleagues in education and health. However, the child and their family are always at the heart of every decision I make regarding therapy. I am a qualified Makaton Tutor and an Ambassador for the Makaton Charity. I run workshops and provide bespoke training for schools and parents/carers, as well as a number of Makaton signing choirs. I am also Lidcombe trained.
