I have over 10 years of experience working with children with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties including language delay/disorder, speech sound delay/disorder and social communication difficulties including Autism. I am an enthusiastic and effective therapist who strongly believes in collaborative working to achieve the best outcomes for children. I am certified in the Hanen ‘It Takes Two to Talk’ and ‘More Than Words’ evidence-based therapy programmes. I love using these programmes to support families in understanding their child’s communication needs and to work towards goals together. For a number of years, I have specialised in speech sound disorders and am certified in the PROMPT therapy approach. I am available to carry out assessment and therapy in your home or your child’s nursery or school setting as appropriate.
