I graduated as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2007 from Manchester Metropolitan University. Since then, I have been employed by the NHS and Local Authorities, working in clinics, schools, nurseries and children’s centres. I began working as an independent therapist in 2016. I work with children with a range of needs, particularly early language delay, Autism and ADHD.
I have completed Level 3 In Tandem Supervision training and can offer regular or ad hoc supervision sessions to clinicians looking to reflect on and develop their practice.
In order to help your child be the best communicator they can be, I believe that collaboration is key. The most effective therapy takes place when we work together to combine my knowledge of Speech & Language with your knowledge of your child. Therapy programmes will always have your child at their centre because learning is most effective when it’s motivating and fun
ASLTIP’s membership has been growing rapidly since 1989. We are a support organisation run by our members. The executive board is always grateful for new members and new ideas.
