I am a Senior Speech and Language Therapist who specialises in Paediatrics from birth to early adulthood with over 14 years experience working for the NHS in North Surrey providing assessment and therapy within nurseries, schools, special units, clinics and children’s homes.
I have experience working with children with speech and language delay/disorder, developmental delay, phonological and articulation delay/ disorder, stammering, ASD, selective mutism, hearing impairment, Down Syndrome among other communication difficulties.
I have experience with various therapeutic approaches such as Makaton signing, PECs, Intensive Interaction, Floortime, Cued Articulation and the Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme among others.
I have lived in Ealing for most of my life, going to school locally and have a good knowledge of local schools.
I attended University College London from 1996-2000 where I achieved a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Speech Sciences.
I now work privately within the Ealing and the West London area from my residential clinic and within children’s homes, schools and nurseries. I am also a local, busy Mum to 3 young boys who attend an Ealing school .
