Although I retain a small clinical caseload I am no longer taking on new clients as I now focus on profession-supporting activities, namely professional supervision and my role on the ASLTIP board. As an independent therapist I have specialised in older primary and secondary aged clients with developmental  Speech Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), with a focus on Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and social communication challenges (with or without a diagnosis of Autism). I have experience of supporting clients with complex needs and multiple diagnoses, and as the parent of a child with DLD (now a young adult) I have encountered this condition from both a professional and personal perspective.
