Hello! I am a highly experienced therapist providing a person-centred, practical and vibrant service for adults with a voice disorder, stammer or speech difficulty. I also see adults with an upper airways’ disorder, such as chronic cough or inducible laryngeal obstruction (ILO) following assessment by an ENT or Respiratory specialist. My background includes 30 years’ experience of working with people with communication and swallowing needs and an NHS specialism within the fields of Stammering, Voice, ENT and Head/Neck Cancer. Achieving your voice or speech potential is a collaborative journey. With this in mind, I blend conventional approaches from Speech and Language Therapy with resources from other specialist fields to provide therapy that is inspiring and fun.

I cover Carlisle and surrounding area. I can provide on-line and telephone appointments to people living further afield, too.
