I have worked as a Paediatric SLT in the NHS for 19 years and independently for the last 5 years.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children with a range of speech and language difficulties and complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Learning Difficulties, Global Developmental Delay and Down Syndrome to name but a few.

I am experienced in using a variety of therapy approaches including Makaton, PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), Talk Tools, Jolly Phonics, Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme, Intensive Interaction, Social Thinking and visual supports such as communication boards, shape coding, colourful semantics etc.

I am a member of the HCPC and Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). I am passionate about working together with a child’s family and educational setting to ensure that I can make a positive impact on their speech, language and communication skills.
