Michelle Baynham
Speechlinc is based in Lincoln and provides therapy to school contracts or for families at home. I have been working independently since 2005, following our move to Lincolnshire. Prior to that I worked for Norwich PCT as a specialist speech &; language therapist. I spent 6 months in Guernsey as the senior therapist for their special schools, consulting for them for a further 6 months. I have spent all my time working within education, with specific training in selective mutism, PECS, ASD, AAC, eating and feeding difficulties, phonology (sound work) and the SCERTS framework. I work collaboratively with professionals to ensure targets are shared and progress can be achieved.
