Tessa Ackerman has over 30 yearsโ€™ experience working in both the NHS and the private sector.

Since 2011 I have provided a specialist independent service (ACT for Yorkshire Ltd) for adults in Leeds and across the Yorkshire region with communication, voice and swallowing difficulties. I work with people following a stroke, head injury, with a progressive neurological condition (e.g. Parkinsonโ€™s disease) and also with voice disorders, offering flexible therapy programmes tailored to your individual requirements.
